How To Look After Stressed Skin & Pamper Your Complexion At Home

Our day-to-day lives have never been more stressful, and stressed skin has never been as common. Connectivity brings with it the ability to do your job wherever you are in the world and to stay informed about what loved ones are up to, but it also brings with it a culture of being constantly ‘switched on’; the majority of us are almost surgically attached to our phones, working from the moment we awake to the moment we switch off the bedside light, while social media has bred a culture of competitive comparison. We can easily find ourselves maxed out and running on empty, trying to tick off as many things as possible, juggling family life and social commitments alongside our working week, while documenting it all on Instagram for the approval of others – and that’s stressful.
