This Works Deep Sleep Body Therapy & Sleep Plus Pillow Spray

Struggling to relax, slip into slumber and get a good night’s sleep is the problem of many. In today’s fast paced world, the modern woman is constantly juggling ten things at once while keeping one eye on her smartphone. It’s no wonder that sleep deprivation is prevalent and coffee shops are booming; we simply don’t know how to switch off and recuperate after a long day. This Works are well known for their sleep aids and pillow sprays, but they’ve expanded on their range with the launch of two products that really do help get your mind into a state of relaxation and ready to slip between the sheets… And you need them both.

Deep Sleep Body Therapy is a spray-on body treatment that can be
spritzed onto limbs and massaged into skin, simultaneously hydrating
tired skin and helping to relax the senses – thanks to the inclusion of Lavender, Vetivert, Camomile, Aloe Vera and Comfrey Root. It’s incredibly lightweight, almost like water, and absorbs into the skin within seconds. As someone who usually applies body lotion before bed and tops up with a dash of Deep Sleep Oil on my pulse points, this is a genius product that takes the faff out of bedtime rituals. It’s quite pricey, but it really helps to soothe the mind and get you in the mood for a great night sleep.

In addition, the Sleep Plus Pillow Spray is now infused with even more essential oils to provide clinically proven results. According to This Works, 89% of ex-sleep prescription medication users would use Sleep Plus Pillow Spray in place of sleep medication – that’s a serious claim! I love the delicate scent, spritzing it over my pillow when I know I need a helping hand. It really does work, helping me to delicately nod off and have a practically uninterrupted eight hours of sleep. Although sleeping aids can be quite controversial and their results sometimes pushed aside as psychological, I personally find them a huge helping hand during stressful periods. You could too.

This Works Deep Sleep Body Therapy RRP £20.00 and Sleep Plus Pillow Spray RRP £25.00, both available online.

I adore this range, have only recently bought a large bottle of the original deep sleep spray so will wait until that is finished before buying the plus version!

No need to be so rude in reply Hayley. Youre one of the least personable bloggers out there.

How is it rude to copy and paste a quote? It's incredibly frustrating when I take the time to research products, put them to use, photograph them, write a review and provide my honest opinion – for then readers to not even read the post fully and ask a question that's clearly answered within it. I think that's rude.
