A little go I was challenged by St Ives to capture an image of natural beauty. What did naturally beautiful mean to me and how was I going to capture this in a single image, especially considering my lack of photography skills? There was only one place to look and that place was with my Nan. You may have seen my image in a previous post, but essentially it was a very natural pose that captured by Grandmother’s inner strength and external beauty. I’m pleased to say that it was chosen as runner-up in the St Ives competition, only second to a truly stunning image crafted by Adorn Girl (who is currently giving away an fantastic camera in celebration) which I would have totally picked as my winner too. St Ives aren’t doing this just for the hell of it though, oh no… This is all to celebrate how St Ives apricot scrub can help reveal your inner natural beauty after only 7 days of trialing it. I’ve used this on and off for years, turning to St Ives when I need a bit of deep cleansing after a particularity messy weekend or festival adventure. I love how simple the products are and how they smell like summer, especially suitable for when you need a little pick-me-up during your morning shower. My prize as part of this mini adventure was a year’s supply of St Ives skin and body scrub, and because I’m just so darn lovely I’ve decided to give it to one of you lovely lot so you can put it to the test yourself. All you have to do is leave a comment below with your name and email/twitter handle so I can get in touch! Good luck and happy scrubbing…
