Soak Yourself this January

The festive season may be over, but that’s the perfect excuse for a little ‘you time’ after partying hard. There’s huge benefit to taking an hour once a week to relax, rejuvenate and ensure you’re ready for the days ahead. These cute kits from British brand Soak Yourself not only work as fabulous gifts, but also as a perfect treat for yourself – they contain everything you need for an hour of alone time. Packaged by hand, each one of their boxes channels a different emotion to help you relax; choose from a muscle soak, a feeling groovy set, a love box or broken hearted recovery kit, or just indulge in a full moan soak with all the bits and bobs you need to feel refreshed from head to toe. Each box includes a sensual bag of natural bath salts, three little bottles of bath oil, a handmade soap bar, a wax candle and holder, as well as a little tea bag to sip on chamomile tea as your enjoying the soak. All these individual components help to create your own haven, without the need to visit an expensive spa for the weekend! Soak Yourself source all their own ingredients from the UK, ensuring they’re all natural and organic, and has a team of packers who put everything together with a lot of love and care. They even donate 50p from every box to charities that are on rotation every few months, (until the end of January it will be given to children’s charity TLC) so you can feel good about feeling good. These kits are such a lovely idea and really would make the perfect gift for a loved one, especially if they’re deserving of a relaxing break. The only downside is that they’re pretty pricey at £40.00 plus £3.99 shipping, so you’ll need a good excuse to indulge after the Christmas spending spree!

Soak Yourself boxes are available online for £40.00 plus P&P. Check out their website here:

These sound fantastic! Very innovative and creative, I love the name 'Full Moan Soak', that is definitely on my list to try. It certainly is a pricey set, but I would be a very happy Steph to receive one of these as a gift. The set does look like it will last a few uses though (bar the teabag!) so it probably doesn't work out that horrific per bath when you divide it all up. The inclusion of body oil and 3 different ones is a big plus point for me too!Steph xx

Oh that set just looks fabulous. I love a candle lit hot bath with essential oils. I usually use a bit of Eucalyptus oil and lavender shower gel, but I love that sage essential oil product in your set, I want it! There is nothing better then herbal oils for aromatherapy in the bath! And they are also so good as part of a beautiful facial or full skin care routine. Keep up the good work!
