If you’ve ever struggled to find the perfect gift for your mother, sister, best friend or work colleague (if you’re a man reading this wife and girlfriend are also included!) and needed a helping hand, then AskHerFriends.com could save you an awful lot of bother in the future. This new and innovative service makes shopping and buying gifts ‘for her’ much easier, as you can literally ask her friends and family for advice on what you’re picking. According to a survey conducted on AskHerFriends.com, only 60% of women were happy with presents picked by their partner for Christmas last year and 64% said their friends would pick them a better gift. What better solution than to have a browse on the site and send your picks to her friends, through the power of social media, to make sure she ends up with the perfect present? All you have to do is log in with Facebook, browse the 1000s of gift on offer and add your favourites to your wishlist; you can then send the wishlist to the friends and family of your loved one for their direct feedback, so you can place blame across multiple people if you still get it wrong! To make it even easier there’s an ‘Idea Map’ on the site too, so you can even whittle down gifts by the type of person you’re buying for and the kind of things they like. They have everything from shoes, to bags, cushions, home furnishings, perfume, jewellery, candles and some fabulous prints to decorate your home. You’ll never lack inspiration again.
To celebrate this fabulous service, Askherfriends.com have given me a £50 voucher to give away to one of my readers to spend on whatever you want – it could be a gift for a mate, a birthday treat for granny or even something nice for yourself. All you have to do is be a GFG follower of LBQ and leave a comment below, telling me who you’d spend the £50 on and why. Good luck!
T&Cs: Must be a GFC follower of LBQ and leave valid contact details below. Only one entry per person and only open to UK residents. Winner will be chosen at random after the closing date of 11.59pm on 31.10.12 and contacted using provided details; if they fail to respond within 48hrs another winner will be chosen at random. Prize is provided by AskHerFriends.com and they are responsible for delivery. No alternative available.

I'd spend it on me, cause quite frankly nobody else is going to spend any on me!kate78oneill[at]gmail[dot]com

Most of my friends are crazy over make up so I’ll definitely browse on those products. I love the products in this site and it’s easier to shop using the internet that traveling far from home. I had bad experiences while shopping in person but I’m glad that there’s a site like this which offers products by category.

Selfishly – I would spend this on myself. I have 5 young kids so rarely spend anything on myself, this would make a fab change 🙂 x@MrsD_WinchesterFollowing on GFC as Jo Kelly x

I'd spend it on my Mum. I dont have the best of health and she puts so much time and care into looking after me and my family, never asking anything back and always bringing a smile to my house. She deserves a fab treat and you can really find some bargains via this site. 🙂
I'd split it between my daughter and myself
I would spent it on my nan, she turned 102 years old last week, so i would spent it on her because she deserves it xfollowing on gfc nicj08

I would use it to buy aChristmas present for my mum as she helps me so much and it would be good to get her something extra special.
I'd be selfish for once and spend it on myself. ha!
I'd spend it on my mam! It's going to be a very tight Christmas this year as I'm starting a new job in a few weeks so it'd be great to have a bit extra to treat her with! Not only does she work really hard but every spare minute she has free she devotes to a local dog rescue charity – Save our Strays (SOS) so she definitely deserves spoiling!!
I'd have to buy myself a new cushion (or two) a girl can never have too many cushions on her bed 🙂

I'd spend the £50 on myself but I'd tell hubby that I'd bought the gorgeous Millie Pink Floral Dress from him as a Christmas present to save him having to get me anything. I'd buy it for myself because hubby thinks i'm a size 10….he just has NO idea at all!! Although the last dress he bought me was a maternity dress (when I wasn't pregnant) so perhaps he has more of an idea than I give him credit for 🙂 following on gfc as Piper and Daisy @piperanddaisy
I would buy some little gifts for myself & hubby as we won't be spending anything for ourselves again this year as we have to prioritise the children.
