Epilating in all its glory…

I recorded this video ages ago to talk you through the process of epilating and the new Braun Silk-Epil 7 Dual Epilator in particular. Excuse the hair (it had rained,) the shiny face (it had been a long day) as well as the fact I say literally a lot (pah, deal with it) and try and just absorb my babble!

For the full product description and detail see here.

RRP £159.99 but I believe in Boots they frequently run offers with £50 off.

its so sparkly!I've been interested in this epilator coz of the razor because of the ingrowing hairs thing, the light thing seems like a good bonus!omg I'm soo the same as you, I cry like a baby when I get my eyebrows done, but I'm not overly hairy on my legs so I really want to get back to epilating.. esp coz it has this razor..One question, if you're using the epilator wet (with the razor), would you not get nicks from the razor? I mean generally if you use a razor without some sort of shaving cream, you get cuts, so isn't that the same case with this? And you sound like someone, but I can't put my finger on it.. I think maybe a mate of mine, but I'll figure it out at some point lol!Aside from the razor question, this epilator seems really good, I like the light and razor function, I just need to save up for this as my old Braun one is just laying there unused =(

To answer your question on nicks – nope, never had a nick and I've been using this for months. You get a super smooth result and no nicks whatsoever. The first time I used it there was pain, but as you go it gets less and less and more bearable. When you have a break (I didn't do my legs for over a month) it does hurt a little more, but it's worth it!

Ahh so like a normal epilator then, but with the added benefit of a razor and light. Good to know, thank you! <3

Epilating is something I've always wondered about but never tried. I might have to start experimenting now that summer is here. Food for thought.
