Bright Eyes

While I was hanging out with Louise Gray the other day (that’s a whole other story) I noticed that she was rocking the floro-bright eye look. Not many people can carry the look off, but if you can it looks uber cool. The key is to keep the focus on the eyes, with minimal make-up elsewhere. If you even attempt to put colour on your lips or cheeks you’ll end up looking like an 80’s throwback, and not in a good way!

Taking inspiration from the catwalks, MeMeMe have released their own interpretation of the ‘bright eyed’ look with these fab trios. Depending on how daring you are they’ve got a candy trio, citrus trio as well as a bright and bold trio. You can either go all out and create a look with all three colours, or just sweep one bold shade across the lid for impact. The quality of the shadows from MeMeMe is always great and the pigmentation strong, so for a little cash you’ll get a look to rival the catwalks.

The three trios will be available in Superdrug and online from 11th May priced £5.50 each.

Yay! Loving colour splashes! I've only experimented with yellowish green so far, but summer is only beginning 🙂

I'm loving these shades and can't wait to test them. As soon as I can I'll be swatching for you too!

i'd love to get away with it but i dont think i could. i think this look is for a fashion shoot rather than to be truly wearable, especially with no eyeliner or nothing. it looks super pretty on them though. i dont think a man could get this at all. lol xx
